At Ventura Living, we are committed to providing high quality products and exceptional service.
Unless otherwise specified, we offer a 12-month warranty (365 days) on all products from the date of purchase.
This warranty is provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For commercial use, the warranty period is limited to 3 months.

All products purchased from Ventura Living have a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects and issues related to the materials used.
Your Rights:
In the event of a major failure of our products, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. You also have the right to request a repair or replacement if the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover damage arising from:
Normal wear and tear, improper assembly or modification, abnormal use or abuse, improper maintenance or lack of care (such as damage to fabric, leather, or timber), damage to external or product packaging only, damage during your handling or transportation of goods, insignificant variations in dimensions, colour, grain, or finish, and minor imperfections or superficial blemishes.
Our warranty also excludes damage caused by:
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, power surges, or voltage supply issues, tampering or unauthorized repairs, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disasters or other external factors, and operating the product outside of the provided instructions is not covered under warranty.
Making a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us. Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. In some cases, we may request photographic proof of the issue to process your claim.
If your claim requires the return of the product, a return label will be provided to you for shipping.
