At Ventura Living, we kindly ask that you choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
All Ventura Living products undergo strict quality control. However, if your product is delivered with a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to notify us of the issue.

However, if there is a manufacturing defect or issue with your product, we are more than happy to assist you.
Please Note: Returns approved under exceptional circumstances that are not caused by a manufacturing defect or issue will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus a processing fee based on the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All requests are assessed individually.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed and paid for, as it is processed immediately by our team.
All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
At Ventura Living, we take pride in the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect upon delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates, and occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Ventura Living is not liable for courier-related delays or lost parcels. For the most accurate updates, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
If you believe your shipment is lost, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
For partial deliveries, kindly email us clear photos of the box you received, including visible SKU codes and the shipping label. This will help us investigate promptly and locate any missing items. We’re here to help and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
In rare and exceptional circumstances where a return is approved, the following conditions and fees will apply:
Before Returning Your Item:
Prior to sending your item back, we require clear and satisfactory photo and/or video evidence showing that:
- The product is unused and in the same condition as it was sold.
- There are no damages, stains, markings, or signs of misuse.
- The item is securely packed in its original box packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
If the original packaging is not used, a 20% fee of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund plus plus a processing fee based on the original payment method.
Tip: We recommend keeping the original packaging in case a return is ever required.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- Alternatively, we can provide a prepaid return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the item is received.
Fees Deducted from Refund:
- A 20% restocking fee (based on the original purchase price).
- A processing fee based on the original payment method.
- A return shipping fee (only if a prepaid return label is provided by us).
