Metro Delivery Areas

Metro delivery areas are determined by our courier partners. If your address qualifies as a metro location, this will automatically be shown at checkout once your address is entered.

Delivery Details

Delivery to a PO Box address is not available. Please provide a valid physical address during checkout.

Ensure your address is accurate during checkout to avoid delays. Address changes cannot be made after payment is finalised.

Orders with accurate information are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery typically takes 2–12 business days, depending on product type, availability, and your proximity to metropolitan areas. 

Shipments are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

A re-delivery fee will apply for items returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the local depot.
